Owen Howard and Caitlin Lace Noir.
Alma: Winter…why is it that you’re so fascinated with certain people?
Winter: What?! You mean like Leia? I’m not fascinated-
Alma: Yeah, you are. You like artsy, pretty ladies. You could’t stop smiling at our primary school art teacher.
Winter: What happened to Miss Crosby?
Alma: Winter, focus! Why do you think it is that you like people like Miss Crosby and Leia? Why are you attracted to them?
Winter: Wait…are you saying I’m-
Alma: Yeah, I am. Because you can’t shut up about them, yeah. You are.
Winter: Gay. I’m totally gay.
Alma: Okay, think really really hard.
Winter: About what?
Alma: Are you sure your date went poorly because it was boring?
Winter: No…I mean, I guess Logan and I just aren’t compatible-
Alma: And why is that?
Winter: I don’t know! Because he’s still hung up on Angeline?
Alma: Hey weirdo.
Winter: Hey oddball.
Alma: How was the date with Logan?
Winter: Eh. Okay. We went to dinner, and a movie. Average. But then my cousin Jonathan showed up with his new fiancee. You know, the pretty ex-model he met in art school? I think she majored in pottery or something. Why she wanted to move all the way out here is beyond me-
Alma: I asked about your date. Not your cousin’s fiancee.
Tilly: …no I mean it, we met after Lo got through on a reality television show.
Lo: Sometimes I like to divide my life into ‘before-Tilly” and “after-Tilly”. Not that “before-Tilly” was one hundred percent bad, it gave me the life experience to know Tilly was the real deal, but “after-Tilly” is definitely better.
Tilly: How did you meet?
Hinto: I was best friends with her brother when I was in primary school.
Lorelei: And I had a crush on him from day one. Simple, normal stuff.
Tilly: Oh…that’s actually really sweet.
Hinto: You thought it’d involve vampire underworlds and hypnotism?
Tilly: I guess that’s silly.
Hinto: Love is exciting enough without Hollywood embellishments.
At least pretend to have fun, kids.
Lorelei: Drinks for everyone, we are free of our kids for one night only!
Tilly: Next time we should invite Owen’s parents!
Lorelei: I can ask Yan. They’ve always been very private, but everyone needs to eat, right? Except for me.
